Together with the University of Turin, we have launched the four-year research project “Practices and Modelling of Educator-Teacher Interprofessional Collaboration in Schools”, which aims to study educator-teacher interprofessional practices in schools as a strategy to counteract school dropout, the foundation of our Masì program.
The research project adopts a qualitative approach with a pedagogical and ethnographic orientation, designed to deeply explore the dynamics of interprofessionalism between educators and teachers. Field research also involves entering school settings for periods of participant observation in classrooms, meetings, and informal moments of everyday school life.
